A/F RATIO on boost

i have a ltx8s runing a std s5 motor with a hybrid turbo and 850cc sec injectors
the car is making 240rwhp but is using a lot of gas even when off boost. when it was last on the dyno it got a a/f ratio of 10 which seens rich as hell to me

Yes, that is a little rich.... But what is your question?

am i losing power having it that rich?

maybe a bit.

you're mostly just wasting gas, especially if it's that rich outside of boost. outside of boost in heavy load go for 12.5:1, outside of boost in light load like cruise conditions go leaner to save gas, 13's. Your 10:1's in boost @ WOT will waste gas but the extra gas can have an intercooling effect and actually make more power, it also helps prevent detonation. It's a bit excessive @ 10:1, really have to take the boost levels and your intake temps (after intercooler) into consideration to decide on a ideal safe AFR for boost.
