efan installation
I plan to connect efan on my lt10S.
I have or plan to connect 85 to aux white/red wire to microtech 86 to 12v ign 87 to battrey with bigger gauge wire plus 30amp fuse 30 to positive efan plus heavy ground from efan Now my other question is, where can I set my efan to trigger on the microtech. What is the best temp to trigger it, does microtech have a function when the efan come on to compensate for the extra load. |
turn on temp varies on fan capabilities, some like it later some earlier. microtech can compensate for fan load, it's right next to the fan temp setting it's called fanAdd..
|
Turn it on at 84 degrees.
Switch your car into reds. Press the up button on the handset till you see AUX_rpm then press the right button till you see AUX_FAN and press the mode button once and adjust the temperature accordingly then press the mode button one more time and your done. And press the right button again and youll see the fan add feature. Add between .05 to .1ms should be more then enough. |
