ECU Burn Failure
 

I was burning a map to my LT-9c, everything was connected, and i had burned this map before with no issues. As soon as i hit the button to burn to ecu, it said "PROGRAMMING FAILURE". Now, whenever the main power is turned on, the ecu freaks out. All of the auxillary outputs, relays, injectors, etc are clicking. Additionally, it does not allow me to change the map, it says "ECU LOCKED". I tried resetting the lock password and entered it, but it still says ecu locked and freaks out. does anyone have any advice on what to do?
