Can some one tell what the difference between the LTX8 AND LTX 12 are or point me to a webpage that may help.. Why would you go with the LTX 12... So many ECUS to chose from...........

I think the LTX12 can fire 6 coils & injectors (good for a 3 rotor 20b or somthing) as the LTX8 does does 4 injectors & what not. (better for the 13B) Their are prob. other things to, but that's what I know about it.

I think the only diff. in the LT and the LTX mods are, that the X means it comes w/ new coils. Same with the LT12 & the LTX12.

The main differences are the LT LTX8 have 4 ignition and 4 injector drivers, can run a 13b or 4cyl in full sequential mode or a 6 or 8 cyl in waste spark/group fire, the LT LTX12 has 6 injector and 6 ignition drivers that can run a 13b with 3 stages of injectors, 6cyl or20b in full sequential and direct fire with leading/trailing split, v8 v10 v12 in waste spark/group fire.

difference between the LT and LTX is the LT uses your factory igniters and the LTX has built in igniters so you can use the coils of your choice.
