It is an Aspec turbokit pte 6262 1ar/4 inch dp/2 pte wastegates and I believe they are 36. I will take a pic in just a few.

Looks good! In reply to your claim that the tuner said its lean on one rotor due to the wastegates or something,, only thing i could think of was that maybe the manifold was a bit funny and impeded flow on one side or something, but no that set up looks really nice.
Dude, having twin gates wont affect tune the way you are saying. The only thing with twin gates is there is 2x chance of something going wrong. Just make sure all your clamps are tight, all the boost/vac lines going to them are sheathed and protected from heat, and there is plenty of airflow so nothing gets cooked.
Worse case scenario, if one of your gates suffers a malfunction from a cooked diaphragm or hose, it wont be subtle sneaking feeling that something isnt 100%. It will be fairly catastrophic.You will get an overboost situation and you WILL know about it, hopefully in time to catch it and prevent the engine from detonating.

As to the motor running rich that's probably not a bad thing. It sounds like you are making a bit of power. AFR's in the 10's when its on boost is probably what your tuner would have been going for.
