A/C on runs lean
Well as title says when i turn on a/c with car on idle it leans out and stalls is there any way for microtech see a/c on and enrich like it does with e fan:scratch:
u using a BAC?
The A/C may move it down a load point, so make sure that the map isn't too lean at that point to support a little load on the engine.
You can use the aux input connected to the compressor clutch to add a little fuel, as I recall. Pretty sure there is an option in one of the higher numbered setup screens but I don't have the software in front of me and the damn ECU won't let you save maps to disk so I can't say for sure without being plugged into the car... |
Thanks for quick reply what wire off microtech could i use and also how would i go about wireing threw relay or what
What ECU do you have?
I have a lt10s with no bac totally striped down cosmo intake on a s/5 na turbo
ok. you can connect your aircon wire that goes to the aircon pump. Tap of that wire to the blue/red wire or white orange wire.
these are both inputs. |
ok i hook up blue /red directly to a/c compressor with out any relay is this correct also would i use auxair function to enrich map or with map do i use
Yep, what he said. Then you'll adjust the InpFuelAdd to add fuel when the input is activated. Looked it up this morning...
O.K will try this weekend and post back results thanks for all the help :) :) :)
