Aux or secondary injectors?
I used a base tune set up on my 6 port turbo setup. 2nd gen primary injectors and 3rd gen secondary injectors with a 3rd gen intake with adaptor plate. my issue now is that when I WOT the engine goes super lean and stalls out. I have noticed that the Aux Inj. on the laptop running the LT10S doesn't show the Aux Inj. spraying. I am looking for some help to tune it so that kick in when I go WOT. it seams to be getting too much air and the 550CC 2nd gen injectors wont keep up with the sudden mas air flow into the intake... any thoughts.. this is what I have for ECU mapping ATM.

Do you plan on getting it dyno tuned?
I personally wouldnt use that map as it has a few problems and is very lean. Save your current map.Load in the entire base map stickied at the top of the thread.Its for 4 550s so will run fine on the primaries but will be too rich when the secondaries stage. Then the car can be driven to dyno or if your more diy and will tune yourself you need a wideband. Aux injection is not used on standard 4 injector setup. |
Unless you have the microfueller option fitted, the aux injector won't do anything.
Switch the ECU to matrix mode as a first step. Then start with the numbers on the base map as mentioned. Richen up all the boost areas to the point where the car barely runs. Then slowly remove fuel, a cell at a time, until the car pulls at a safe ratio. |
