cant run 1600cc with stock fuel rail,
yes you can, and why don't you get a real hobby instead of sitting on your ass making fake names to hide behind on the intranet.

Running a 13b-RE in an FC, making 430atw @0.91bar. Lt8

im trying to run a re in a fd using the angle crank senors. But it still doesnt start it cranks but the timing is off and it back fires few second.the maps are fd3s.I know most likely no one going to give me any advice or hints on what should be done. but o well.

If you are using a Microtech that was originally for the FD, then it cannot read the FC CAS. You need to send it back to Microtech to be configured for the CAS.
You can use the REW front cover with pump, pulleys etc.
already did that. front cover and pulleys. everything for the rew is put on there. thank alot for responding i didnt think anyone would.
if your using the rew front cover why not use the rew ign pickup?
That is what I'm suggesting, and will work if setup properly :)
thanks again guys by trying to help me get ideas to the problem. what i get is that i put everything rew. the onlt thing re is the block now. im starting to think that its the timing pulley position wrong.
The shaft is your problem.
Timing on s6 shaft is different to cosmo. Should have also put the s6 shaft in it. |
its a low miles motor. I thought i could save cost by getting the re, but I guess not. I just wonder if anyone have did the re swap in an fd. But ill most likely put the motor out and just rebuild it and change the shaft.
What about if it's an S5? Is the timing of the S5 shaft different from the S6?
