Affect of cold weather on TPS calibration?

I set my TPS calibration while the weather was still warm. Now that it's cold I notice the calibration seems a little off until the car warms up. This seems correct to me, since my thottle body still has the thermo thingy on it. Is this right?

Also, while the car is running and warmed up all the way, I notice that the yellow LED blinks. If I shut the car off but turn the key to RUN, while it's still warm, the LED is solid. Is this right?

Which series TPS are you using?

The stock s4 TPS.

I frequently read that the S4 TPS likes to start throwing out goofy readings occasionally, and just needs recalibrated more often because of this. You may want to consider sourcing a good S5 TPS, as these units are apparently more reliable, not to mention more accurate.
