Adjusting Overrun

If my car has a tendency to stall under braking (hard), this is a problem of overrun, right? If I'm reading the manually correctly then I should be able to fix this by adjusting the lower end of the idle map. I've adjusted (added fuel) the 30 and 25 hg values and this hasn't helped much. Does anyone else have issues?

overrun is when you use compression braking... which means downshifting to slow down... IF you notice when you do this, the vac will or should go over 20" and your car should idle at around 17 for stock ports... the only setting it has for overrun, is to cut the fuel when it senses more vac than what you put in the setting. That way no gas gets dumped in there, and you dont have to worry about backfires and shit.

What is the exact problem ?

The scenario is that when I come to a stop, the engine has a tendency to stall, especially when I come off of a highway and have to stop at an intersection. I don't usually compression brake, so I suppose under the definition you've given for 'overrun', I'm using the wrong term. My motor is ported and I see 19 at idle, I don't know if this means anything.
