Firmware Keeps Corrupting

Hi,
I'm having trouble with my firmware corrupting while making burning changes to my tune.
When making changes to things like my VE tables, injector settings, ect I will lose connection to my laptop and the MS will become unresponsive.

Some background:
MS2V3 with Zeal board running a 2nd gen RX7. I am still attempting to get it running, but have confirmed that I am getting spark and fuel. I've had it running for maybe 5 seconds and it drowns itself in fuel. I followed the writeup and build guide on your website for installing megasquirt in an RX7. I'm fairly confident in my wiring, I get a good RPM signal and have tested each spark output successfully.

While trying to make changes to my tune to keep it from flooding, I will occationally lose connection to Tunerstudio. Once this happens, all 3 leds go static and all the same brightness. The MS no longer tries to start the engine if I turn the key. The only way I can get it to regain connection to TS is to reflash the firmware with the boot jumper installed. Trying to flash firmware without the boot jumper always results in an inability to connect via COM. I have tried the serial loopback test via the Megamanual and my board passes with no problems. It would also be noted that I am only able to flash older firmware. With the boot jumper, I can flash 3.1.0 fairly consistently. Occasionally, 3.2.5 will be able to flash (this is what I had been using). Attached is my MSQ.

Thanks,
Alex

What firmware rev are you using?

I got 3.2.5 to flash and not corrupt for now. Matt from DIY sent me a program to pull tunes from corrupted firmware. If it happens again, he's going to take a look to see what's conflicting.
