had a 07 997 on its toes...lol
funny story, last night i was taking a cruise out in the fc. now there is this exit ramp that is fairly wide and is a nice S turn. so i usually push it all the way through. well in front of me i see a 07 997 carrera, so we are sitting at the light to go left onto the ramp and i give out a ricer rev haha. he actually takes off so i go ahead and keep up. now he notices im am right on his ass and you could see in his face he was not a fan that his 997 porsche was being even closely kept up with. so we come up on the first bend i keep right with him all the way through, coming around to the 2nd section of the S im am under his bumper at this point his tires were screaming. we come to the end of the S and onto the straight of the highway and i slowly start to pull him in, to about his door and we let off around 100. he looks over with a priceless shocked look on his face but gives me a thumbs up, i do the same and we drive off.
couple things that suprized me was that my fc was pulling a 355 hp porsche on the straight although it was a conv. so it was a bit heavier. next is that if i was behind the wheel of that porsche i would have left my fc way behind. the way he swept the turns was not so good. he was just a business man in his porsche having a little fun with a car from the early 90's. |
Nice!!! Drivers of expensive new performance cars don't like it when that happens. Good of him to even race you, and give you a thumbs up at the end :)

haha yeah man, i love it, i was toying with an m3 going to work this morning. they dont like it when older cars keep with em. Funniest thing ever though is going in my mates toyota cressida with a 1jz conversion. Its faster than my fc and the looks u see on ppls faces when this car that looks like an oversized camry leaves em for dead.
