Who would win in this situation stock for stock? What about the S4? Is there a thread?

The G35 (even an Auto) is a 14 sec 1/4 mile car. A Turbo II would be about even, a N/A 2nd gen will get pulled if you are talking acceleration performance.

The G35c is no joke. Why are you asking about S5's in the first place, then asking about an S4? You'd lose even worse in the S4 since power levels for S4's are 20-25HP below that of an S5.
