Purchased 99 spec spoiler assembly with a small blemish noted. A few back and forth emails with a ton of info and pictures, and the deal was done. After I paid, seller noticed a few other issues during packaging to ship, sent me pictures and stated he would refund the purchase if I wasn't happy or a deal couldn't be made. Came to an agreement, and the spoiler was shipped. Package arrived (2 day USPS priority) wrapped extremely well very protected. Blemishes and spoiler were as described and he even noted things that weren't a big deal. Excellent experience and would be confident in buying from again. Great Seller!
