Hey everybody my names Rob and i love cars haha, im 15 (unfortunately) and have my permit. Im familiar with forums but i decided to choose the RX-7 forum since i want to learn more about rotaries, and what it would take to own one. I am inlove with cars, and my friends and i are starting are own group and plan to go huge some day. We have it all basically planned out, so im hoping for the best and excited to do my passion.

Welcome Rob, I am new here and also from Chicago. Your love for cars will never go away lol. As stated above keep your ears open and read as much as you can. Get yourself a nice car to start and theirs no looking back. The modding bug will bite you lol. Good luck buddy.

Hey again everybody, sorry it took me so long to reply ive just got carried away with more rx7 research and i am happy to tell you it is going great. I have the plan of buying an FC N/A or Turbo II and just doing alot of cooling mods such as my first mod being a radiator lol. I'm going to do alot of maintenance when i first get it which is changing spark plugs(the ones that are rotary friendly which i learned about from a racing beat mag) oil change, fuel filter, and hoses. I still have alot of time to think about this so im just getting as much done as i could. So all im looking for now is how to maintain and keep a rotary running healthy. I don't want to worry about whats ahead for modding so im trying to take it easy. Anyway thanks again and im always open for suggestions.

Welcome aboard! I miss the streets of Chicago. Spent a lot of time up there in my FD, before moving to the South.
