Soon to be new FD Owner

Not sure why EVERY single one of my posts/replies got deleted, but here I go again. My name is Aaron F. and I live in Mesa, AZ. For those not familiar with the phoenix valley, It's the Eastern part of the valley. Despite living in AZ now, I grew up in San Diego. Anyhoo. My fist car was an 86' white on red FC that used to be my father's car. Because m father is a clean freak, perfectionist and anal about his cars, I bought it from him in like-new condition. The engine was so clean you could eat off of it. I was just about to get the car where I liked it until I got his by a lady who was doing her makeup while driving. After my RX went to garage heaven, I drove and raced Porsche in San Diego for years. Despite my love for Porsche, my dream car has always been an FD RX-7. I recall seeing my 1st FD in La Jolla, CA. I'll never forget; it was a silver/red touring edition. Since that day when I was 12, I've wanted an FD. Now that I'm in my 30's married and making decent money, I can now afford to buy my dream car. Having always been my own mechanic and having a degree in auto, diesel and industrial tech. I'm confident in my skills... although after reading a lot of info already, I see that there is so much more I can learn from everyone here for the FD. Assuming that things go well in the coming weeks with my wife and her job, I should be purchasing within a month. =)
