New to the platform!
 

Hello Everybody!

My name is Mike and I bought a 93 touring Fd rx7 for my bday back in June of this year. I’m coming from the AWD world with my previous car being a 2005 Wrx Sti (20G Turbo with all supporting mods). That car was a blast to drive but at the end of it all I got bored with it and wanted something different (never thought that day would come). My original plan after selling the subie was to get an Evo 9 becuase I wanted more power and loved AWD. The STi/Evo are pretty similar platforms (Turbo/AWD) and I had told myself i wanted something different. Long story short, my boss had this clean Fd that would sit in his garage most of the time and he would tell me to come by and check it out. I finally went to his place and checked it out and I instantly fell in love with it. Fast forward a few months later and it was mine.

Car is an absolute blast to drive, always get compliments when i take her out and i can’t wait to start making some serious power :).
