Howdy from Texas,
That's a beautiful car and such a beautiful country. I look forward to seeing your contribution to the community. Let me know if there's anything I can help you with.

Thank you very much. I'm trying to piece together stuff now . looking for a 48 ida (downdraft) .... the car was sent to paint and the body shop screwed it up so i took it to another and they took 2 years and haven't been painted yet so i'm trying not to lose faith and my zeal ..... I'm the 3rd owner and had it for almost 4 years and haven't driven it once ... on the bright side the car was stripped of all paint and back up to a stage very close to be painted soon....
Any suggestions for suspension upgrades? the car is going to have a 13b big bridgeport (not cutting into the water seals though and hoping to use rx8 internals) changing to LSD GSL rear differential, aluminum flywheel and series 4 gearbox .

Thank you very much. Unfortunately it's not the original paint but nor does it have the original body molding strips so i'm trying to pick up a set in good condition as well as front and rear bumper rubber strip ... Good eye on noticing no engine ... it was removed to have the engine bay resprayed and correct little rust from battery issues as well as change of color .... going to paint red soon

I really like the setup on my car. Foxbody Mustang (82-93 I believe?) shock absorbers will fit on our cars with no modification. Supposedly 1st gen Toyota MR2 shocks will fit up front, but I've never tried this so I can't confirm. As far as springs go, I really like ground control's lowering springs, and they also sell a weld on coilover kit for the front.

I was planning on using the red/orange koni at the front and possibly the same at the rear (rear being Fox body mustang) anyone has this setup ? How does it ride on racing beat springs?-
