Recently purchased a 93 R1 and having my friend/mechanic sort the car currently. The goal is to have the exterior maintain the stock appearance while getting the current single turbo setup running properly (having a boost issue). I’m really looking forward to hopefully returning the car back to some semblance of when the car sat on the showroom floor 26 years ago. This is my 3rd Rx7; has an 86 GXL (in high school) and a 93 base (after college) and excited to be back into ownership and a contributing member of an online forum. 10/4, sounds great. I’ll introduce you to my buddy who is working on my car currently. He has been a lead tech at most of the Toyota dealerships around Jax and is a huge rotary guy. Good resource to have. |
