New guy from Calif.

I have owned two RX7s in the past. A 1980 & 1981. My 11 year old son was given a 1984 RX7 GSL SE by a friend who passed away. She was the original owner. It has 291k miles on the original engine. She spend 10k on restoring it a few years ago. It looks really good for a 24 year old car. We are here to catch up on RX7s.

Welcome, Tony. I, too, have owned an RX-7 for some time now but just found this website. I am sorry about the loss of your friend.

Your son is going to be a very lucky 16 year old in a couple of years.
