13B in an FRS?!?!?!

Keep us posted on this!

I have read many reviews touting the FRS/BRZ as the modern equivalent of the RX7.........so dropping a 13B in one is very apt!

Good luck on this!

I'm keeping an eye out for this build! Is there a weight penalty with the 13B over the stock engine?

Keith Keller 11-14-16 01:44 PM

It's actually lighter. Subaru motors are tanks. Should put most of the weight behind the front strut towers too.

Nice! Come to think of it, Vorshlag said an LS swap was ~40 lbs heavier, IIRC. Good luck with your build!
