Looking into buying JDM RX7. Have few questions
 

Introduce myself first:
Owning marvelous titanium grey RX8 2005 in Toronto. Loving the broad band power output of this engine. I have it for about a year and I never look back and regret my purchase.
To make long story short, now I am into rotary engines (Mazda got me) and I looking towards buying used Japanese RX7

Here are the specs of the car I found:
5 speed manual,
JDM 1993 (Series 6 - FD) right hand drive Mazda RX7
85,000 original KM on the motor.
Yokohama 225/45/R17’s wheels
“Apexi” “Supermegaphone” exhaust system.

I went to see it today and the looks mint for its age.
Pros:
No body damage
Has new pain
Good rims
No rust anywhere
Underbody looks mint

Negatives:
None adjustable steering wheel. Had hard time getting in/out
Motor sounded rough compare to my rx8. Frequent pop sounds from the exhaust
can't test drive it

Before I make my decision maybe you guys can help answer few questions first.

1. Seller claims this is 280hp on bone stock RX7?
I found they are alll 255 except few. How can I check?

2. Does all RX7 have none adjustable steering wheel?

3. Started okay but sounded a bit rough.
When decelerated it went with the boom from the exhaust.

4. Will I have any problems with parts on RHD Japanese vehicle?
Will all the parts fit when purchased here locally.
