J-spec in Germany

So let me introduce myself & the project I just picked up.

I don't have much experience with Rotary's or imports for that matter but I couldn't pass this up and I'm ready to tear up the streets of Germany once I get this thing running.

Now the car:
92 RX7 J-spec
Engine just rebuilt
GReddy TD06 turbo
V-mount intercooler kit
Apexi Power FC with datalogic commander

The problem I have to solve is the car is running rich and I was told I can fix this issue with the datalogic commander, is this true?

Here is a few pics of it today when I picked it up.

Welcome.

Looks like you have a fairly modded FD. With the single turbo and little experience with rotaries it would be best to have it professionally tuned.

The commander will let you do basic engine tuning and view parameters and the datalogit will let you let you fully tune the car.

Check out the Reads& Faqs in the 3rd gen section.

Enjoy.

thanks for the advice already! I am looking for a shop in my area that can tune it for me. I am mechanically incline but never touched a rotary. So I'd rather let the pro's tune it and I'll learn as I go.
