... but I want to. So I'm here, trying to figure out what to say about myself so that I can have 3 posts and reply to the for-sale thread that got me on here in the first place. I really hope this guy appreciates all the effort I'm going to to buy his car(s).

So, I got into cars a long time ago, when I first bought a '91 CRX Si. I fell in love with its raw simplicity and all the quality, inexpensive parts that were available. I worked on it a bit, and kept it pretty simple overall. Eventually (after swapping the motor) I realized that the car was so limited by its drivetrain layout that it wasn't worth spending more energy to upgrade, so I sold it and went through a whole pile of vehicles after that. From my Datsun 240z with a Chevy v8 in it to my current BMW e36 (which I hate), I've driven almost everything and owned a pretty respectable bucket list of fun cars. I got excited enough about it that I started up a website called Driven Daily (you can search for it, I don't want to linkspam) and hopefully I'll be writing about an FC or two pretty soon here.

I've always loved the design of rotary engines, and the late-model FC meets all my criteria for the perfect street car (other than fuel efficiency... I can't figure out a way around that).

I completely agree. It's the best car for the money out there :icon_tup:

Hell yeah. You're going to fall for it really hard. Rotary's potential is ridiculous.

im in the same boat u are guy...pro-am drift is pretty nasty down in the chicago area and im lookin for a shell to build with an ls swap

I would really like to spend less that 12k on one. I want a single turbo setup and after looking at the guy's post with the borg warner im hooked. As far as building up the motor to handle the boost what all can you do? same thing as any other motor?

depends on how much boost you wanna push
