Hey everyone just signed up

Hey whats up.

My name is Jay I race moto cross "pit bikes in the northeast" Called the Stimulon Masters of mini. I build, port, machine everything and have a pretty strong background with mechanics. I'm not new to forums on on a couple other ones just to throw that out there so I know the best way to get answers first is to search because chances are somone has already asked it.

Came on here because I love rotary motors. Ever since I did a project in college studying exactly how everything works on them I have been hooked with learning as much as I possibly can. I'm super huge fan of the old rx2, rx3, and rx4. They just look so darn cool. Along with the datsun 1200s. I also like Cosworth vegas for the short period of time they were made but most of all love ford escort MK2's They remind me of the early rx models. Can't forget the early corollas either.

Anyway just thought I throw out a little introduction about myself and what I like. Older mazdas the most.

While im in here introducing, Curious to find out how effective it is to run a rotary on two stroke. I have found several websites going through it step by step but with poor pictures. Anyone's thoughts or the link to where this has been done on the forum would be great.

BTW For all you Rotary lovers. Starting with a stock rotary:
What are the TOP 5 to 10 mods you would suggest to do to increase longevity and HP to the rotary.

Thanks for taking the time to read my intro

regards

looking forward to responses

Check out my sweet 1959 Austin Bugeye rotary project. I'm new to rotary's only got into them because it was one of the only motor I could get to fit. Now after having, learning about, and working on them, I luv'm. Anyways welcome again. Dave.
