herro!
Whats up rotarheads!
My names David, from clifton NJ, currently don't have any wheels, but i am looking forward to an FD :icon_tup: by the end of the month. It will be my project car, and my first rotary so it probably won't be running until the summertime i plan on running at least 450 on a DD tune... I start school on the 31st and I'm going for welding, mechanics, electronic systems, and ecu management/tuning... I hope to make some friends on here, once my cars running ill definitely be going to meets around the east coast to have some fun. |
Welcome, David!
Good luck on getting that FD. Be sure to post pics. Kent |

If I don't do it myself I have a good mechanic in jersey city I go to. He's not a rotary head but he knows his stuff and he's my friends father so he's trustworthy, resonable, with prices and an overall good person. He will help you before he tries to take money from you

get the FD

Yeah I was interested in purchasing a RHD FD from this importing service around where I live, and something came up and I am only going to have enough to buy the shell, but I won't have the funds for the Engine/Tranny and other stuff needed to get the car running, plus lob or charges, so I'm probably looking at this FC in Atlantic city, lol I wanted that FD so bad, but I guess along the lines after i get a job again, I will be getting one for a project. supposedly the FC is running 375 to the wheels@ low boost, high boost @450 something like that. its has a large street port so hopefully stuff works out.

Thanks everyone. I will definitely attend meets in the try-state area. It's going to be weird because I am new to this scene, and I hope meeting new people will be good thing.

From NJ myself, granted a bit further south. No rotary either, but thinking about it again. Best of luck finding (and funding) a FD. ^_^ |

Get a job. Slow but guaranteed regular payments, ideally anyway. :p

Jobs are out there. Just need to sell yourself as a capable person regardless if you really are or not. A great looking resume may get you an interview and a chance to prove yourself.
Looks like school has started for you. Neck deep in college work myself. A full-time engineering student with two part-time jobs leaves little time for anything else other than studying and working. <_< On that note, see if your school is hiring. You may need to ask around, but since you're there anyway, it's not too inconvenient. FC's are my favorite generation of RX7's. :D |

I am a very motivated person i just don't know a lot of people that could hook me up with a job or anything like that. In time something shall come. |
