Blue has had an interesting past. I purchased Blue on ebay probably 12-13 years ago and had it shipped to Pa.. It was in rough shape when it arrived. Barely ran but it was an SE and I was happy to have it. With help with a retired Veteran friend I have learned how to work on and maintain Blue. No expert for sure and still learning every day but long way since I first got her. I have taken the car as far as possibly back to original. History on carfax was interesting.. Blue has been all over.. Stolen one time and back to owner.. All kinds of stuff.. Stable since my ownership.. Plan to keep long term.. Thanks for interest..

Sounds like Blue has found a great owner!! Glad to hear that you're bringing the car back to stock. I very much prefer these cars original and unmodified. If you're close to Ohio, I'm hosting my annual RX-7 meet on July 28th. If you're close enough and would like to attend I can shoot you a pm with the details.

Here are the details on the meet per my post on Ohio Rotaries and here on the forum:

The official date for the Jones Family RX-7 meet is July 28th at 1pm. The meet will be at my place in Vermilion OH. At the meet one can expect good food, cold water, fellow rotary and RX-7 club members, we will take pictures, go on a cruise, we will gather and talk cars, I will assist anyone with any needed repairs and will offer a FREE COMPRESSION TEST on any rotary you bring. Non rotary engine equipped vehicles are more than welcome as well. Hoping to have a good turnout this year. Please post here or shoot me a message if you or your family is planning on coming. I'd like to get a rough estimate of people attending so I know how much food to get. Those attending are welcome to bring a side dish, dessert, snacks or their choice of whatever to put on the grill. We are 20 mins East of Cedar Point if anyone was wondering where Vermilion was located. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have and for the exact address.
