1990 rx7 GXL

Hey guys, new to the forum and rx7's. I became interested in rotary's a few months ago, and have been lusting after an rx7 ever since. Yesterday my dream came true, and I bought a 1990 GXL 5-speed. 172,000 miles. The car doesn't run, but has a clean title and is in pretty good condition overall. I got it for what I think is a steal, at $500 plus about $40 worth of fuel.

He told me that when it broke down about a year and a half ago it needed "$250 worth of work at a shop". It's been sitting the entire time, so it needs to be freshened up. Currently my main concern is getting the car to move...

When I picked it up I had to use a come-along to pull the car onto the trailer, which was abnormally difficult because it wouldn't roll in "neutral". The clutch was either on the floor or all the way up, with no fluid in the reservoir. It would click into first and second but every other gear was seemingly nonexistent. Not having the tools or knowledge I had to pull it up like that. While I was ratcheting the come-along I noticed the fan and pulleys moving.

When I got the car home I topped off the clutch reservoir, I haven't bled it yet but after pumping it a million times it's regained some pressure. Though, the car won't roll with the clutch engaged either. I've been reading around in the forums and I've come up with a few possible culprits but due to my lack of knowledge I can't pinpoint the issue. I jump started it and tried to start it, but it did nothing but start rolling backwards. (Clutch on floor)

I was thinking that maybe it was stuck in reverse, but I can't figure out why the clutch isn't working. This is my first RWD car so the drivetrain is alien to me. I'm in no rush to drive the vehicle, but I need to get it close enough to the garage to work on.(As it currently sits in an ant infested area) I will continue to keep searching, but any insight would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the essay.
