Wide FD front fenders?

A little background. I’m in the process of building my 93 FD for track only use. Being that I wish to go basically all out in that direction, I would like to fit 315’s on all four corners if it is at all possible. Now I plan on using the Pettit rear fender flares, blended into the body. I would like a set of front fenders to match that style, wide but blended into the stock fender look. I will be keeping the stock front bumper, unless I see proof that there is a more aerodynamic solution, although I will be replacing the hood with a heat-extracting version. About a year ago I remember seeing a replacement fender that was basically a stock looking fender save that it was widened significantly. I have been searching for the past few days and have come up with basically nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are lots of different ones available, Feed, RE-A, Panspeed...Border, is the one id go for personally, as its the closest to stock shape and its vented aswell :)

315 is too much tire up front IMO, you'll have trouble keeping them at proper temps. Not only that, but they will be too tall in profile to fit well. In any case, you may want to look into the Burnout fenders.

these are panspeeds - tires are 255/35/18

i would think that unless you're putting down serious power, some 285 tires on all four corners would suit you just fine. and you can fit them with the stock fenders if you have some 18x10 +50 wheels all around (CCW can make them for you)

Ok, I think I found what I was looking for, http://www.memoryfab.com/detail/?id=373 The site says it gives an extra 20mm, which might give room for up to 305’s. I’m not sold on putting 315’s in all the way around, that is simply the largest tire I would consider using. The car is a ls1 conversion, which eventually should have over 500 rwhp/tq. As it stands I’m not sure it is feasible, if the offset required to keep a larger front tire from rubbing on the springs is too large (moving the center off the tire way off of the center of the spindle) the alignment and suspension geometry go to crap. But, at the moment the suspensions apart awaiting new bushings, so I can’t test any of these ideas… But I do really appreciate the help guys, aparently it was the burnout fenders!!

contact shine auto project- they have a group buy going on for those fenders. Btw, my car has the ls1 too, with proper bump steer correction your suspension geometry isn't affected. :)

Mazda Motorsport has a full GT1 CF/FG body kit that looks slock and would meet your requirements. 5K for FG version I believe.

There are a ton of options from various aftermarket manufacturers in Japan. Lemme know if I can help you get any of 'em :)

PS: The M-Sports ones are nice too.
