Viper Composite Seats (Knock off Cobra Misano's), Anyone have them?

I found these fiber glass composite reclining racing seats. I know they are knock off Cobra Misano's. Dont flame, just want to know if anyone has any experience with them.

How's study is the reclining mechanism?
