size of 2nd gen rx7 speakers
 

for the 2 speakers on each door, will these fit?

im currently looking into getting some speakers with crossover and tweeters. dont wanna buy the wrong size. thanks.

fronts and rears are both 6.5". those speakers will fit the rear no problems but the mounting depth matters for the fronts, they might be too deep.

Actually, that depends on what kind of FC you're driving. Personally, I'd measure what you have in there now. The speaker sizing guide I found on eBay said all of the 2nd-gens use 5.25 all around. However, my GXL has 4s in back, and I believe 4s in the front, also.

GXL is the luxury model, but has smaller speakers.... how's that for luxury? :balls:
(and yes, I've been DYING for a chance to use that smily.)
