shift knobs that don't suck
 

I'm trying to find a shift knob for my FC that does not suck. Everything I've looked at so far has been the stupid universal ones with three allen screws that are drastically undersized, strip out if you try to tighten them, and then the shift knob falls off two shifts later. Anyone have any suggestions for a screw on shift knob?

RX-8 shift knob. I love mine! I got mine for ~$60 on ebay. It has a universal thread

I have the RE Amemiya knob which I love but don't know if it'll fit an FC. Also some of the Mazdaspeed knobs are nice like the leather one they make for a FD, but again this is for an FD so not sure if it'll fit an FC.

is your car an s4 or s5 or does it have a short shift lever? they have different threads you know

S4, it MIGHT have a short shifter, but I'm not entirely sure. Whatever it is fits the stock S4 shift knob just fine.

I have the C`s knob right now, pretty basic, but heavy as crap so it helps on the shifts...

Razo's are good. They thread onto your stock shifter unlike the 3 side screws.
