Smile Some interior pics...

Hello everyone !
I just wanted to share few pics of my cars interior I took the other day with you all.
Last summer I did my seats with leather magic custom leather restoration kit, I send them a sample of the tan color and they mixed the color for me. It's just like repainting them basicaly, also the steering wheel the same.

The interior panels where painted with plasticote from autozone, 4 coats, I think the color was ash/gray or something like that, than 2 coats of clear over it.

Also tell me what ya'll think about my idea of mounting the gauges in CD player place ?

I definitively need new floor mats, is just so hard to find them, does anyone know a place to get'em?

Thanks for looking,
enjoy!

Looks good, what exactly did you use the leather magic stuff for and what did it do? Do you have a before picture that we could compare to?
The plasticote stuff looks decent, I just dont know about the color though IMO. Does that stuff resemble the stock plasticky stuff?

I like the overall idea, but I am not a huge fan of the silver on tan. I used to have tan, but liked the silver as well, so I switched to black interior

But if that is what you were going for, it looks like good quality.

On the leather magic kit comes all what you need to restore the leather seats:
cleaning stuff, sand paper, a special compound to fill the cracks, holes if you got any and so on, the whole prep things.

I might find a before pic somewhere, I'll look through my pix.

I don't know what you mean by stock plasticky stuff but it looks better for my opninon than stock.

Gauges look VERY nice there.. Not very fond of the colored interior, but the white gauges on the silver look nice!

Here is how it looked before, you can't see much but the seats look very cracky before and had two cigarette holes (I used to smoke) on the drivers seat

I guess the glosy thing is the leather wipes stuff I use after I clean them, otherwise they are not glosy like that.

OOOOOOOOOHHHH,,,,,,,, AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! Thats real impressive. Are you sure you repaired the seats your self or did you buy new ones? (Flawless). The grey looks like a 2004 car. Good idea! (Original). The gauges are my favorite. They look like you bought the car from the factory like that..... GREAT JOB!

PS. Do you have pictures on how you installed the gauges?

Looks really good man. I'm glad to see a picture of the grey and tan interior. I have a tan interior and I was thinking of painting my dash a similar color. Wasn't quite sure what it would look like. But, now I do. Thanks

Not so sure about the grey steering wheel though... I think that's the only thing I don't like. Otherwise, good job!

Thanks Rob,
Before I did the steering wheel I had the dash done and it kinda looked incomplete so a month later I decided to do the SW.

I've seen TwinTurbo93's interior and its beautiful! Especially the leather seats, if he didn't mention the leather seat magic repair kit I would of thought he bought the seats brand new Also his interior is what inspired me to paint mine as well, when it is complete there will be massive pictures to put up. Thanks to TwinTurbo93 I got my dreaded silicone hose job done right, with many other things
