Persistent mold issues

Hi everyone, I have a 2002 RX7 and live in Panama, Central America where our climate have a humidity of 90% and alot of rainy seasons during the entire year, yet I had experience any mold issues with my newer cars and little to none on older cars like evo7 or S2000 of the same year as my Fd with the care I take with all of them. the first and biggest mold issue happened when I left the car sitting in the garage for 2 weeks while I was on vacation and forgot to put some moisture absorber inside the car, when I came back the interior was completely infested in mold (pic. below)
When this happen I clean and dismantle the entire interior of the car, I used white vinegar on everything and put 2 pots of damprid moisture absorbers everytime. I hoped this never happen again but anytime I let the car sit for 1 week or if it rains it begins to form some mold again. There is no water leaking inside except for the drivers door sill, it get a little bit of water there but I thing it's normal in that area since I see that on my other cars too.
So I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and found a solution to it? I have seen some cleaning and preventing products from amazon for the molds but haven't try them yet and not sure if it will be safe for the fabrics and vinyl of the interior. any suggestion?

If we talk about mold, it is worth mentioning that the primary cause of decay is high humidity in the room. I struggled with mold in the corner of my bedroom for a long time, but until I bought a dehumidifier, I could not avoid this problem. Try looking at options at https://dehumidifiercritic.com/best-...-for-basement/. There are some pretty good options here at a pretty affordable price. I think it will be helpful for you as well. Be sure to write me something about it and your experience with the device.
