Mazdaspeed Seat + Rats...... :(

I picked these up a couple of years ago for my project car. I store them inside for the longest time, and more recently as I began working on the interior I move them to the car. Recently, I moved and had not paid attention to the car in my new garage.... I found a rats nest in the corner a few weeks ago, and shortly after discovered what he had done to my seats..... make me want to cry.
I haven't seen anyone else with this particular mazdaspeed seat... except maybe one other person Cali.... so they were (are) rare, and I have no clue how I'm going to match this fabric to get them repaired. :(
