hey i was wondering if i wanted to change out the old carpet in the fd, where would you guys look for a model number to replace the old one

I can't rememeber the exact part number, but you can find it on the parts PDF on the mazdaspeed website. It isn't cheap. You might want to try the GB going on for the aftermarket carpet.
