got a new amp...well sort of
i just bought a shaker amp off ebay
and i was wondering, has anyone had experience with them? i know its not TOTALLY 2nd gen related, but im gonna put it in my car, so... |
What are you asking?
I've never owned one, but know the basic theory, ie shake at certain speeds to simulate certain bass frequencies |
Probably would work well mounted under the seat
|
uhh
not that kind of amp its like a sony, rockford (well not that good), or any other amp that you'd hook a sub up to im asking this because it seems to be an obscure brand and i was wondering why it was so unknown |
i guess its QUITE obscure......
even icemark is ignorant to the specifications and general riff raff about it j/k lol |
i have experience... it only worked when you shake it. so make sure you mount it on your strut or else it will hardly give you any bass. if you drive one handed and shake it while you drive it works ok also.. but if you have a manual transmissiosmns then that would be more difficult. they arent widely used because finding power wire for them is hard, cause it has to be 50 gauge. oh and by the way, i love you.. shaker!
|
and the only way it will work is if you are as cool as this guy is.. http://venim.gamester.net/lasthope.wmv
|
lol
the link didnt work on these nasty macs at school as for the shaking where have you been |
Off to audio
|
off to audio we go
yeah i know it wasnt related, but i was looking for a bigger audience guess it doesnt matter.... |
well i found out...because i got it
i was wanting a sub amp, i guess not its a speaker amp basically, but it works great if anybody wants it, id be willing to sell it for 20+shipping |
