flying headlight cover

by buying a new set of headlight covers does it insure that they won't fly off again? mine were not loose but broke off on both driver and passenger side. i really like the pop ups, especially what rx7even will be doing to them, but i think i might have to go with the sleek light kit. simply because i think it would be expensive to have to continue to replace the headlight covers.

does anyone know by replacing them, it won't blow off again?

FLY OFF!?!?!? How fast were you driving?????

I live in Chicago(Windy City) and I never heard one of our Chicago area member have their cover fly off.

Happened to me to. They just break and then fly away while driving down the freeway. I was only going about 80mph. I bouhgt new covers for both since the other one looked like it was cracking as well.

first time passanger cover was 100+, second driver side was a hard launch and somewhere in 3rd gear around90. i want to know if it is worth replacine the headlight cover or better off with sleek headlight kit. i don't even drive my car anymore cause it looks ass and i was tired of telling people it was to get more air in(j/k).
