Removing FEED Widebody Rear Fenders

Has anyone attempted this before?

I've read a few threads on repairing the rear fenders which ties into quarter panel, overall seems like a huge pain in the ***... not sure if I should find a legit body shop and go this route or attempt to sell and pick up another one without any body modifications.

I don't think it looks bad or anything, it's definitely my favorite body kit... I just prefer the stock look.

Depends on how the stock genders were trimmed, if they were at all.

If trimmed, then you probably need new quarter panels to be grafted on.

If not trimmed, then should be pretty easy bodywork.

If it was done 'properly' it would most likely be more cost effective to find another rolling shell, swapping and recoupe by selling the Feed shell or turning it into a track car, in my opinion.

Thanks for the replies guys!
Especially you johgar! Helps my decision tremendously.

Crazy you're a previous owner, pretty neat! I picked it up 2'ish years ago from a guy named Chris down in Portland.

The car looks great as is but I understand you wanting a stock body. Good luck.
