Discovered part no. for chrome bezels...
First, thanks EBB! 
I went to Malloy Mazda and met Ray, their Parts Dept. manager. He owns a 1993 touring and cut me a deal on the chrome instrument guage bezels. They are usually $118.90, but he sold them to me for $66.36. A few months ago I contacted Mazda Performance and they claimed you had to buy the whole instument panel for $231.08! The part no. is FD01-55-447A GLASS,FRT. I hope this helps somebody.
