Feed style side skirt
Do I need to drill holes to install the feed style skirt, what are my options.

3M double sided tape with some self taping screws do the trick. Make sure to use washers on the screws to gain more surface area to grab and hold...

mine are on using 4 self tappers with washers on each side of the car. the two on each end are ~6" from the end of the side skirt the two in the middle are evenly spaced in between.
