Can anyone identify this R Magic bumper?

So a guy just offered to sell me his R Magic front bumper for a FD. Only issue is I can't seem to find any info on the bumper. The first pic is the actual pic of the bumper he has. The second pic is the only pic I can find online of that bumper, and zero information about it. He's only asking $100 for the bumpe with the headlights, so it seems like a good deal to me, I'd just like to know a bit more about it.

someone local to me was selling one for $100 too but didnt have the cover for the lights. I don't think this was ever that popular of a setup.

That used to be part of their To Bounds kit. I had the FC version. It used to sell for like $1500+ because the lights mount in a custom steel enclosure and are aimable. Maybe this guy doesn't know what he has? One of my plastic covers cracked but I just brought it in to a local plastic shop and they cut out a perfect copy of it in Lexan.
