His area was heavy structures and spar work... had to manufacture mods for fuel cells for long voyage over water and also did some custom work on longitudinal and latitudinal spar work on aircrafts. that is where his knowledge comes from so he has always tinkered with cars.
Many years ago he would tinker with VW beetles... Kit Cars and such. and with all your uncles expierence im only 18 and did those door hinges on my own took me a matter of 2 days and now im just waiting on shocks my next project is im making a mini TRIKE with 2 lawn mower motors and air ride hahaha which means it will lay frame has huge front tire and 2 huge lawn mower tires on the back lol i plan to get some where around like 45 -75 hp out of 2 motors put together |
