I know it goes outside cause u can see paint on it from painting the car! Much appreciated! Will send $10 to who knows PayPal if correct cause it's driving me crazy only to the first one not all!

Hahah this is always a good idea.

Assuming this is for a FD. Goes on the drivers side rear fender well behind the wheel/tire. It's attached to the lower fender on the outside edge (but mounts inside the fender).

No idea what it's function is but I saw it recently when I was working on my diff cooler setup.
