That's not a problem with my brush. The bristles are over 3" long. It feels soft like a brush used by your barber to remove the hair from your face. I also don't apply any pressure when using it. I let it's own weight do the work however the bristle brushes at the coin car wash are rough as hell and will most definitely scratch shit up.

I use Zymol...it works like MAGIC... nothing complex, no "formulas" or "steps." Just do small areas at a time, b/c you don't want to let it dry on you!

And FYI, it lasts about 6 months. So I only have my car Zymoled about twice a year ;)
