Aftermarket steering wheel

1 Attachment(s)
So I thinking about going with an aftermarket wheel for my FC so I can get a quick release. I already know that I am getting a NRG short hub and a NEG 3.0 quick release.

Attachment 486764

I was thinking about getting this wheel but I seem that it was only 330mm and most people run 350mm. I was wondering what everyone thought about wheel size? How much of the Gauges will be blocked by a 330mm and how hard will it be to turn the wheel?

Gauge visibility actually relies on a couple things.
Your height, steering wheel size, seat position, whether you have tilt or just stationary steering column, how you sit in the car...etc.
The "standard" wheel is about 350'ish...
I find a 330 kind of small,especially with manual steering.It just plain SUX.Like a golf cart.
Now,don't forget that your old steering wheel was just attached to the Nut on the shaft.
In order to put that Quick release on,you need a Momo Hub,that attaches to the steering column. Then you attach the quick release
it will bring the steering wheel out about 6 inches,in total.
If that isn't enough, you can always extend that with a spacer(1-2 inches). So,your choices are wide.
I got a 360 Grant on my car with a NRG 2.5 and Momo hub.(tilt)
My N/A has a Momo hub, wheel and one inch spacer.(stationary steering column)
TIP: if you still have the Stock wheel on,grab a tape measure and measure it,then compare it to the size that you are thinking about. That will give you an idea of gauge visibility.

Mine is stationary and I do sit fairly close but with the stock wheel I can see every single gage on the cluster and that is a NRG wheel so I'd use their short hub but I don't wanna buy a $90 wheel and not like it bc I can't see anything and I have power steering so idk how it would effect that either
