so what do i post to get to 10. Im at 6 I wanted to ask a question in a certain section.

You can post there.
If you actually Read the Rules info above the INTRO section it will tell you how to get NINE POSTS..so if you ask a TECH question or even reply to a thread then that gives you TEN POSTS and you can then pretty much access any other section.(other than the LOUNGE which you need FIFTY posts for.)
