Stopping email notifications

Im sure this topic has been discussed before, but its really late and the search function has never been kind to me (always cuts vital words) :blush: but how do i stop getting notifications emailed to me from this site?:scratch:

Is it covered in one of the sticky threads above about unsubscribing from threads? Or are you getting other emails other than replies following your posts/replies?

And I just noticed that with every notification there are instructions and a link for how to unsubscribe. =P
