Private Messaging Users
 

How do I go about private messaging another user? It seems I am not able to do so, is it because I am a new user and I don't have those permissions?

there's probably a limit like for the classifieds section. probably like 2 posts and 24hrs. read thru the faq and announcements at the top of each section for guideline for that section.

also moved to appropriate section as this is not a tech question.

From what i can tell so far, you need to publish 2 posts.
This should be my second post as a new member, we'll see if it opens up the PM ability.

around my 4th post, I was messing around in my profile editing things and found what seemed to be a new button to create a private message. It worked and the person I pm’d also replied.

Thanks for the info. I was experiencing the same issue. Hopefully it will be resolved after a few more posts.
