Are we allowed to post videos from youtube if they are by us? I feel like this is a yes but I want to just make sure

Yes you can But since you are only making an Intro or asking Tech questions in the NEW section,the only video allowed would be If it pertains to the car's problem.
You can save your Burn outs and drifting for other sections.
